What We Do
As a trading division of raised access floors specialist Raised Floor Solutions Ltd, an approved Kingspan Access Floors supplier and installer, and a sister division to Kingspan approved steel decking specialist Metaldeck, Metcon applies in depth knowledge and experience to the design and installation of concrete floors for all types of composite floor systems.
Slabs range from 130mm to 250mm in thickness and can be designed to incorporate traditional mesh reinforcement or fibre reinforced concrete. Metcon is adept at achieving high tolerance surface flatness using either a skipfloat or powerfloating operation to the required specification.
Ground floor and external slabs are also within Metcon's capabilities.
Metcon can offload and hoist mesh and rebar to the working level to ensure they are totally self sufficient, providing Clients with a seamless packaged solution.
All contracts are overseen by a dedicated Project Manager and are delivered in line with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System, ensuring Metcon is the insitu composite concrete supplier of choice.
In partnership with the Raised Floor Solutions team Metcon can provide raised access floors and metal floordeck as part of a seamless flooring package solution.
